  1. Any doctor who teaches that bacon fat or swine flesh is good to eat loses credibility. Swine is forbidden to eat by God himself. It is full of the parasite Trichonosis and is deadly to the human system. If only everyone, including 'doctors', would read Leviticus chapters 11 through 16, they would expand their knowledge about clean and unclean foods. Anyone who calls himself/herself a doctor doesn't mean much if they don't believe in God. He designed humans and knows what is the best food to eat to sustain perfect health void of the myriad of diseases we suffer from eating the wrong foods. Knowledge is power.

  2. Cooking in fat is bad for you, God said so, and pigs are unclean animals fobidden to eat by the Loving Savior. Please, study the Bible prayerfully! You are taking the first food God gave us – the greens producing seed, read Genesis 1:29, of course it heals! And mucking it up with cooked impure animals fat, read Leviticus 11! Yuck!

  3. Swiss Chard is extremely high in oxalate. I would stay away from that and spinach…

  6. Kale, cauliflower, grapes – Can't have it, I have IBS and cruciferous vegetables & high FODMAP sets me off.

    Got post-viral symmetrical polyarthralgia with autoimmume markers, dysregulated immune, vasculitis markers.

    Used to eat very healthy & gym… Help please.

  8. I'm very happy that Dr Wahls is feeling better but she never mentions that she also had very aggressive chemotherapy. Please take everything she says with a humongous grain of salt.

  13. I quit alcohol and change my diet. 2 years later I am no longer having AfiB attack(heart) and Gout attacks. My life is so much better. I hope you follow the same path..

  16. This diet is very high in oxalates which for many is pro-inflammatory. Careful if you have gut issues

  21. If you use a high quality oil olive that is pressed hours from harvest with a biophenol count of 500 or above you can cook with it and not worry about the peroxide levels raising while cooking. The oil helps you better absorb the nutrients in vegetables and is actually very good for you.

  23. This diet is terrible. All oil destroys the endothelial cells! Meat is also a big cause of diabetes, autoimmune disease, and cardiovascular disease. Cooking vegetables destroys a lot of the nutrients. I can't believe the BS in this video. If you want all disease reversal follow Dr. Goldners protocol. She reversed her own autoimmune disease and thousands and thousands and thousands of others and they have the science to back them up.

So, people will be confused for good reason why the Blood Type Diet says that ALL blood types are to avoid pork (whether it's Kosher Ham or not), and why the Food Combining Rules of not mixing fruit with vegetables (just to trick kids), and why eating RAW CRUCIFERATES that will take out your thyroid, might help against a DEMYLINATING INFECTION FROM SPIROCHETES (LYME)…
