all right guys if you only have about 10 minutes to prep dinner this is my tusin chicken bake to keep this low carb I'm using broccoli instead of pasta my cherry tomatoes a handful of spinach I'm just using some chicken breast but you could totally use chicken thighs now I'm going to add some avocado oil just so that my seasoning stick I'm using the one from chosen Foods I love it because it has a neutral taste and a smoking point of up to 500° for my seasoning I'm using some garlic powder a little onion powder Italian seasoning and a little salt and pepper some sundried Tomatoes All Over some fresh garlic to make it creamy I'm adding in the half in half you can totally use heavy cream but this is just going to make it a little lighter I'm doing some fresh parm and I'm even going to add some fresh mozzarella just to give it that nice golden color this is going in for 20 minutes at 400° look at that I always need a creamy component so I'm using the chicken sauce from chosen food I love it because it's made with simple ingredients has good fats and no seed oils cheers m

  5. In one of your earlier videos, you said one of things you stopped eatting to lose weight is dairy. You use cheese in a lot of your videos. Is it dairy free or when in your journey did you start eating dairy again?

  6. So while you season only the top parts of the food the rat of it gets little to no seasoning? Unless you’re going through it with hands and making sure the seasoning is coated all over the veggies and stuff …it looks pretty bland? It would taste pretty bland by logic?

  15. This actually looks DELICIOUS, and I’m a very selective eater. I’d totally make it if my son could have dairy. I’ve yet to find an edible plant-based cheese.

  16. I unfortunately didn’t have sun dried tomatoes however it still came out delicious. I did swap out the Italian seasons for zatar seasoning and still it was delicious. You helped me so much when it comes to my journey on low carb. I lost 16 pounds but with your channel I just found I know I can lose more and still enjoy delicious meals. So THANK YOU!!!
