  1. Yes I really appreciate it thanks

  2. I eat breakfast at 7:30 am. Tea during themorning, have dinner before 5.

  3. If your wandering how to go about intermittent fasting. Just pick 8 to 12 hours of your day that your not allowed to eat. I chose to bunch my hours into my sleep period. But basically I don't eat after 8 pm or before 12 pm

  4. Our body's only digest the amount of a baseball/softball every 4 hours. The amounts people eat are usually higher than that and that causes food to be left in the stomach even during the next time they eat. Food waste leads to bloating, digestive issues, fueling zombie cells(dead cells that reproduce and cause cancer). When we fast it flushes that away and gives way for a new cycle of digestion and enzymes. We people don't realize. Our bodies have to break down everything we put in it and send it to it's assigned area(muscles, brain, fat tissue, etc). So that process can take time. Even water gets broke down into a crystaline liquid form. What we expel is the what our body did not actually need or what is left behind after the nutrients and vitamins are drawn out of it. Soo, 1 poop can essentially include breakfast, lunch, and parts of dinner all in one. This information took me about 15 mins to find. What's the real excuse for not knowing.

  14. It nice to see we have doctors like you to promotes another options that cheaper n healthier than medications . My kids don’t believe in these bc there father always feed them over counter remedies which I always been against . Even myself when I’m so weak that I had to reach out those over counter recently n I think that what contribute my heart to pump so bad n got more sicker looking bad . Glad I found fasting as I always knew my body need to reset inorder for anything to works

  15. I started IF in April 2022 because of long covid, per the FLCCC protocol. Combined with zero sugar and processed foods, and super low carb. In 4 months, I reversed most of my symptoms, including tremors, muscle spasms, and sleep disruption.

Most importantly, I got out of hypothermia, which I had been in for >6 months, and was making me weaker day-by-day. IF is our natural way of being .. that, combined with an ancestral diet, is key to long-term health. IMO

  16. Curious to hear if he has shifted specificity of the protocol to fasting over night in light of recent data?

  17. Intermittent fasting can kill you says the American Heart Association

  18. So for anybody coming here after the lastest 'study' by the American Heart Association, stating that intermittent fasting causes heart disease, it was no more than a posted questionnaire survey covering 24 hours of diet. The so called study is also sponsored by Kellogg's, Nestlé and some pharmaceutical companies. Clearly I.F. has a number of people worried…so this myth has appeared, in an attempt to derail I.F.

  19. Since July, I started / and I ❤️ it / I used to be size x large / now size medium /. & I have plenty energy/ for exercises/ ❤

  20. Eating window 8am to 4pm, will it work?

  21. I did a 48 hour fast. Looked and felt horrible. Won't do it again.

  22. bro was not sponsored by evil serial companies fr fr

  23. I think their brain is broken

  24. Thank you . I now no diabetes

  25. am in depression so should i do fasting?

  26. How long should you fast to reap these benefits?

  27. Intermittent fasting seems to be great, but what's your take on 48+ hour fasts?

  28. You only hunt when you're hungry. Rest of the time trying to preserve energy not to get killed by elements and predators.

  30. Fasting is even more needed. Modern food is full of synthetic chemicals

  31. Let’s just state the TRUTH, here: our corporate run world has ruined every conceivable sacred thing, namely food. 90% of readily available “food” is poison. Therefore, in order to stay healthy , you must avoid food ,more now , than ever before – and much will leave you more time and money to seek out the very last remaining half decent sources of food left to eat , when you’re not fasting

  32. Best for IF is high saturated fat diet to have a faster autophagy

  33. My husband, also a doctor, has been doing IF for several months, along with HIIT, and drinking Huel. He has lost twenty or so pounds, has no more IBS, and has lost food intolerances and even allergies. Not sure which of the three helped the most, but it was a good combination!

  34. Is intermediate fasting safe for acidic patient ??

  35. Yes, BUT when I fast, and blood sugar goes below 90, I go into this spastic, weak state when I don't even have the energy to stand up!

  36. I agree with him. It has helped me become calm, think better, reduce anxiety, anger response and feel energetic. I eat my dinner by 5 pm and then take breakfast by 8 am. I also skip my dinner some days but I eat properly during the day. It has helped me reverse sleep issues, something which looked impossible to me to cure. My relationship with my parents have improved because I don't complaint and argue with them about the dinner menu as I skip dinner many days. I found I have no reason now to argue with them.

  37. remember, if your sleep is whacky, you stay at the couch all day long and eat terrible stuff during the eating window, you won't have any of these amazing things you thought you would.

  38. Where are your credentials and what are your sources for the studies?

  39. i love u so much doc. u are so handsome. idk if fasting helps arthritis
