85 to 90 of people have subpar run form because of weakness and we always identify what Missy exactly said the hips and the core people don't have enough upper body strength sometimes to or core strength to hold themselves up it could be arm weakness which affects how fast they go because your legs will move at the velocity of your arms a lot of Runners don't realize that that how fast your arms go will directly carry how fast your legs go so if you fatigue very quickly up here you're not going to be able to keep your speed up even if your legs have the stamina the power you have the cardiovascular ability to keep going and then the hip strength and that's where people get into funky stuff with their knees their ligaments ankles all that so our whole body is connected through our kinetic chain your feet matter all that matters and those areas I'm always like people need kettlebell training people need kettlebell training because there's so much explosivity in what we do in kettlebell training that lends to sports

You just have body extend your body periodically. Just work on walking, extending your back and hips. You don’t even need weights, but if you use them, work your body from the inside out and then from the bottom up either with weights or without weights. Basically the same thing she’s saying in different words.
Feet matters, I’d love to hear more about what flat feet do to us as I have flat feet.
