[Music] hi beautiful tribe today I'm going to do something a little bit differently normally when I do my YouTube videos I do a lot of talking because the emphasis is on explaining and teaching you guys how to work with crystals so I do talk a lot about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it but I thought it might be beneficial for you to just see me in action so I'm gonna be quite silent during this session I'm going to be doing a 20-minute crystal healing session this will include a chakra cleanse charge and alignment now when would you do a 20-minute crystal healing session because it's not really very long is it well most of my professional crystal healing sessions go from 60 to 90 minutes but there are times when an expressed 20-minute crystal healing session really comes in handy so a couple of weekends ago I and my assistant Lisa were at the mind/body/spirit our Brisbane Expo it attracts around twenty five thousand people over the three days and we were absolutely booked back-to-back we were doing 20-minute crews expressed crystal healing sessions the reason why we were doing the 20-minute sessions is because one it wasn't an appropriate venue or space to be doing one-hour healing treatments that really delved into trauma and got emotional with the client because it was busy we were out in the open it wasn't really a sacred space so first of all that's the first reason why we why you may not want to go into a full length crystal healing session you may be working at a market or an expo or doing some kind of public demonstrations secondly if you are in a private practice already it's a really good option of attracting a lower price point client so in Australia a typical crystal healing or energy healing session it runs you about 70 to 150 dollars depending on the expertise of the therapist now that's a lot of money for most people so this gives people an option to experience a crystal healing session but without such a huge investment if they don't have the money also from a therapists point of view you may be pressed for time or energetically you may not be able to sustain 60 or 90 minute back back session so an express 20-minute crystal healing session can really help fill those types of dabs also you may be new to crystal healing so you may not be very experienced and this is a fantastic session if you're a beginner and not practicing professionally so you can do this session on your friends your family members and even on yourself I'm not going to leave you completely in the dark during this session I will put some descriptions and explanations in writing about what I'm doing at each stage but I won't be talking as much as what I normally talk I do have a lot of videos though that do explain the techniques that I will be using during this session so I'll pop some links to those in the comments if you do have any questions about my technique or you want clarification please pop a comment down below and I promise I'll get back to you and just quickly because I know you're gonna ask those stones that I'll be using on my client who is my mannequin Vanessa R or thesaurus red jasper copper citrine green aventurine lapis lazuli purple fluorite and clear quartz but you can use appropriate chakra stones of your own choice if you're doing this at home enjoy so we start a 20-minute crystal healing session with a spinal alignment which involves very gently pulling on the client ankles doing some shoulder work and then pulling through the neck area there is quite a bit of technique involved with this I wouldn't suggest doing it on anybody who has hip knee or ankle issues and unless you're experienced in body work through massage Reiki or some other healing form then please go as gently as possible as possible or even perhaps skip this part [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] now if you've watched any of my previous videos you know that we always place the birth star chakra crystal first which is my old phosphorus so I'm placing that between the ankles and then that stone is always followed by the high crown chakra which is just above the top of the head [Music] now the order that we place the remaining chakra crystals is completely dependent on the type of session that you want to conduct so if you want to raise the vibration of the session up straight away so if you're working on a client whose energy is quite down heavy then you place the higher chakra stones best if you're working with a client client who's quite fidgety excitable and you really want to bring grounding to the session then you place the root chakra crystal first so make the choice that's right for you or your client whoever you're working on during the session [Music] once I've placed all the crystals down then I can go and set the intention with the stories I'm actually a Reiki practitioner as well so I apply Reiki while I'm doing this but you don't have to be experienced in energy healing to set the intention of the stones all you do is simply place your hands over each chakra point and focus your intention for the healing session into the story and into your hands and therefore travelling into your client for a minute at each chakra point [Music] at the throat chakra I always do a key placement rather than placing my hand directly over the clients part because most people this feels really uncomfortable and they don't like it so either be on the shoulders is the best option saying the attention at the throat chakra when setting the intention at the root chakra if the crystal is placed between the knees and the groin then you can place your hand directly over this crystal alternatively you can hold your hand directly over the groin or the genitals but without applying touch so just a couple of inches above the body is fine [Music] so by this stage of the session about eight or nine minutes has passed and we're ready to do the crystal away I work with two months it's my own personal technique but you can work with one wonder if you feel more comfortable doing that for this part of the session first we're going to go through and clean it to all the chakras don't forget to wake up your wand [Music] [Music] now we're going to much more detail on this technique in other videos but what i'm doing here is cleansing the root chakra opening it up pulling the energy downwards any blockage can run and run down and be released and then working my way up the body and I do this two three four times in each chakra [Music] [Music] always remember to keep your movements smooth and flowing because they're working with energy here let the flow of energy run through your iron body you [Music] [Music] you [Music] so once we flipped over out the body and clean East Africa now we're ready to touch every chakra energizer and rolling in the deep woods [Music] now we go charging the chakras you'll notice that I'm doing everything in Reverse I'm standing in a crown I'm spiraling in a clockwise inspired by one demon clockwise direction instead of energy and I'm pulling the energy upwards [Music] you [Music] [Music] [Music] you [Music] so we've cleansed the chakras recharge the shoppers by now we're at about baby about 16 to 17 minute mark and now I'm going to going through and aligned the chakras now I call this the sacred geometry alignment you need two ones to do this I do have another video where I teach you how to do this and I talk you through what it is it's my own technique I've developed it myself and I find it most effective for aligning and bringing into balance all of the channel crew [Music] [Music] you [Music] you [Music] you [Music] [Music] [Music] once I've done the alignment I finished the session off with a selenite shield [Music] you [Music] Shh you know the crystals are ready to thermal now we always remove the crystals in the same order that we put them on so little crystals from the crown to the root come up first we made the high ground second last and the grounding crystal at the earth chakra is alway for last time to be removed [Music] once you've removed all the crystals gently tap your client on their right hand shoulder and just ask them to slowly and carefully roll onto their right-hand side this is known as the recovery position and it keeps the minister is still in a deep relaxed state but it starts bringing movement back into their body and you can begin doing the grounding work on the spine because I'm working with a mannequin I won't be able to roll her over onto her side for this part of the demonstration when your clients lying on their side you can grab your grounding crystal oh I've got my ortho sir is here and you run it down the length of their spine starting at their neck yeah and running it down to stop at the base of their spine at their tailbone can't see on the video but just running it down the length of the spine and stopping and just applying a little bit of pressure to the base of their spine this helps anchor the energy into the physical body and bring grounding once you've done this a couple of times then ask your client to sit up with their legs over the side of the table they'll probably still have the sheet over them or their better sheet over their lap they'll still be in a state of relaxation but once again you're just bringing a little bit more movement back into the body and when they're in the sitting position you can repeat this movement so holding the crystal at the top of the spine or at the base of the neck and running it down the length of the spine to stop at the tailbone and just applying a little bit of pressure there for a couple of seconds you can do this two three four times whatever you feel is needed for your client to come back into their body to be anchored and grounded before you can then offer them a nice aura spray or a cup of tea a glass of water and your session is finished I hope you learned something today and
