[Music] hello I'm Brenda Sanders Passmore and welcome to health fights today I have Tracy grass with me she's a Reiki Master we're going to talk about Reiki and what it can do for us I try to see welcome to health bites hi Brenda thanks for having me thanks for being here so what can Reiki do for us what is Reiki first of all Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that allows the body to relax in such a way that it begins to heal itself the body is an intelligent being and it has everything it needs to heal and release what needs to be released we are emotional physical spiritual mental beings and we spend a lot of time working on the physical and forget about the other energy bodies we have so Reiki will relax your body in such a way that it starts to remove blocks that may be in the body and you might say well what are blocks and how how do blocks come about well blocks happen through emotional traumas that may happen such as grief the loss of a loved one losing a pet having a breakup losing a job they're heavy energies fear jealousy those heavy thicker energies don't just pass through us the way love and light and peace does they actually get stuck in our physical body and you know when you play something over and over again like a trauma that's happened in your life you may go why does this keep coming up or why do I keep playing this it's because the energy is still there so what Reiki does is it allows the body to relax in a way that it starts to release these areas of trauma we now know in science knows that emotional stress in the body will cause physical ailments such as if you have a stressful job we all have stress in today's world but if you have a stressful job you may start to carry that stress in your physical body and have symptoms such as neck ache backache headaches different things that correlates with the emotional body and the physical body are joined together so when we relax and start to apply Reiki to our life we start to heal these areas healing the physical the mental the emotional and the spiritual body and how it works is we just meditate and come within and connect with the energy that's inside of every one of us energy is in everything that's living the trees the flowers the animals us we know that if we didn't have this lifeforce energy inside of us we wouldn't be here so we need to connect with it grow it expand it and it's it's healing it's healing it's certainly as I know I've benefited quite dramatically from the benefits already it's just you just haven't taken my level one and now today having finished my level two practitioner level which adulation thank you I'm very excited about that so who all can benefit from with you anybody anybody and everybody Reiki is available to your animals your babies even I've had women come in with babies in utero and give themselves Reiki during their pregnancy and they tell me that they've had their morning sickness is it's gone or not as bad they're sleeping better the back aches senior citizens um even people that are close to passing on to the next life have had Reiki and and it's brought them peace I came to Reiki my father had pancreatic cancer and he had gone to Toronto to meet with the leading specialist for pancreatic cancer research and that doctor had said to him Winston go home and get Reiki because he needed peace there was inoperable and it gave them you know it gives people a sense of peace in the end my father unfortunately did not find a Reiki practitioner at that time and so he didn't get to experience Reiki and I have now made it part of my mission that anyone that has is going through something like that that I can be there for them and help them relax and bring in peace they're getting in touch with the energy that's inside of them that created this universe and you can call that whatever you want I don't know how people what they need to call this life force energy some call it God some call it Jesus some call it my force energy or universal energy it's all the same we just like to label it with whatever makes us comfortable but that energy is in everything and everyone so when you connect with it you can imagine like you have experience as you've made him at peace healing releasing sleeping better at night for me my jaw started to relax I hold tension in my head and my jaw I noticed that I was sleeping better my jaw is this lunch I was happier my family really enjoyed me more I was not responding or reacting to every little thing I was sort of letting things go and letting things slide and say that's not mine and I just noticed I wasn't attracted to drama or situations that weren't good for me anymore I noticed since I started practicing Reiki that it's just I get overwhelmed much much less I used to let everything just build up and I felt a great sense of overwhelmed but having practicing making a regular basis I've noticed an enormous difference it has really calmed that overwhelmed sensation and it's just I'm and I trust my choices and decisions more and there's just a greater sense of peace that's for sure well there's some beautiful practitioners all over our beautiful island so please if you're interested in Reiki just search them out I am now a practitioner now myself but there's like I said there's loads of wonderful practitioners all over this beautiful island get in touch with a Reiki practitioner and give it a try you can really it can really make a big difference and it can help you with head for anything from headaches and anxiety depression you name it and it's gentle and it's just so accessible that it's anybody can do it and and receive it and the benefits are just tremendous so thank you so much for joining me Tracy thank Reiki is demonic. Keep in mind that we are all humans. And a human, is not born with anything in our hands. So you cannot heal anyone with your hands. Furthermore, when you learn how to do Reiki, they tell you that this is a universal energy that belongs to the universe. And they totally disregard God. I had a friend you did reiki. He died at 46. He had cancer. And if you look up reiki, and demons, you will see many videos on it. It explains how many reiki practitioners die of cancer in their 40’s. And how many reiki practitioners need an exorcism. Don’t believe that you as a human, has anything special in your hands to heal someone. It is no different from a Buddhist monk saying that he can levitate.
Ive been looking for a way to explain Reiki in a way that people can understand. This is theee best bridge to understanding

Not correct. Not just a relaxation technique
I’m not saying it’s not real but I feel reiki has a level of placebo to it. I have trouble believing in things that are Woo Woo and although I have never done reiki I believe due to my personality I would not notice the benefits.

Appreciate Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about – Rozardner Incredible Vitality Reality (just google it)? It is a good one off product for learning how to heal using a simple Reiki session without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy after a lifetime of fighting got amazing success with it.

This was great, I been tryin to find out about "what happens in a reiki class?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Aeyharlotteon Acclaimed Approach – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is an awesome one off product for learning real Ho'oponopono tricks designed for reiki lovers minus the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my co-worker got great results with it.
Sound quality is so bad. I wanted to listen but the sound was unbearable.
The opening of the program reminds me of the Martha Stewart SNL skit. But on a different note. Thank you for your work

If you have to explain what "reiki" is, and what "blocks" are, and formalize it, why not just call yourself a Relaxation Therapist? "Reiki" and "Master" are very pretentious and go against every spiritual tradition which contend that healers do nothing, and the best among them are the most humble beings on earth. The relaxation techniques you are talking about are for people to learn to do within themselves. You cannot do that work for them.

Wow. I am very sad. Another video from people who don't know what reiki really is. I am willing to bet that these are non traditional reiki practitioners which from my experience. Non traditional reiki does not work

The 1st statement about life is that we are all Souls having a physical experience.
So how do you work with a system called Reiki?
Always test for Liars and Cheats, always test never just trust.
About 100 years ago it is claimed that a Buddhurst Monk sat in meditation and received Reiki.
The believers accept that and do not want to go any further and rely on Hypotheticals and Assumptions to further their claims that it is all Universal Life Force Energy.
They ignore the statements made in the Christian Bible and the Koran about Spiritual Gifts?
These Gifts are given by Holy Spirit at conception and as the Buddhurst claim for the next 47 days.
They can also be accepted or rejected during the lifetime.
So along comes somebody who claims that you can connect to Universal Life Force Energy and that is what has supposed to have happened to a Japanese Buddhurst Monk Mikao Usui.
But is that what really happened? Could it have been that his Spiritual Gift of Healing was what was activated later in life, that we will never know? But many will claim it and call it Reiki and described as Universal Life Force Energy.
There is another suggestion to ‘What is Reiki’ and it resolves around the physical and being able to raise the vibrations of the Energy Centres (Chakras) within the physical body. These Chakras are all connected to all of our living systems and by raising their vibrations above what they have been assists in the healing aspects of the person.
So what is this other definition of the system of Reiki?
‘Working with the Frequencies of Energy and Vibration’.
But the question then is how. By the use of Words/ Symbols/ Numbers written as sentences and applied to Chakras and retained. By going down this path we are able to develop an exercise that display their effects, is that what real researchers do, provide proof.
An exercise; Hold an object in 1 hand and with the other hand over the object write your name then hold the hands together, what may you feel. Is it universal Life Force Energy or something else?
It is your 1st Aid Kit connecting to your living systems and removing dis-ease so that you physical can self heal. No Hypotheticals or Assumptions but a physical awareness.
So now we have some idea as to how words work as Affirmations. By hold the object in your hands the small chakras in the hands connect to your living systems and start to remove dis-ease.
So what if Affirmations are applied to the main Chakras and then retained is that Reiki. Unfortunately after 100 years and so many that have the misgiven beliefs about Reiki then how to change something and except a different reality.
How to Test the retention; We may not be able to change the ways that people have in their beliefs but when somebody puts their hands either in person or at a distant over the Crown they may, as it was with me, do you want the good News or the Bad, my choice was the bad 1st, what was detected was a movement down into the body, no Reiki. The good news is that it can be repaired. Always test.
Reiki is simple but it is not spiritual, you may have Spiritual Gifts and they will be enhanced by any increase in the vibrations of the Chakras but unless those vibrations are retained then they will fade back to what they originally were. The choice is yours so use it wisely.
