Also just a short reminder: if you're really craving a snack that's not as nutrient dense, it's still healthy to eat it. Of course moderation, fullness cues, combining food groups etc. are really important, but sometimes eating some milk chocolate is the healthiest (-> most satisfying) choice for your soul. Not labelling foods as good or bad is such an important thing in preventing unhealthy eating and Anna is doing a really good job at showing healthy (not "good") eating habits. My snacks would probably contain a piece of chocolate or some crisps here and there if I was craving it, but these videos are so wonderful to get an idea where to start and how to build a fulfilling snack.
