IF is NOT ideal for women, definitely not women in menopause. They fail to tell you that although it may work for some initially, your body may also respond by holding on to fat because you are starving. And if you exercise almost daily, how do you do that when you're not even eating sufficient calories? So you eat 800 – 1200 calories a day, walk 5-7 miles a day AND strength train? SMH, make it make sense.
You tips are great do you have any for postmenopausal?
Why do you need lubrication for every single intimate encounter? If you’re on bioidentical hormones, you don’t need lubrication because your body is providing it naturally. I’m 64 years old and don’t have any problems at all in that area and I’ve been on bioidentical hormones for 19 years. I’m on Bi-est sublingual drops, Testosterone sublingual drops, progesterone cream, DHEA capsules, and lastly, pregnenolone capsules.
If I'm already have a thin body shape, will you still advising me for intermittent fasting? What is the best thing I can do? I do find if I do fasting, I sometime get constipation…
Like to add a strong spiritual life/ connection with God/Jesus
Spot on…

Oh, "put on your own oxygen mask first" is the PERFECT analogy for self care. ❤

Is this infamous inflammation somehow measured, or is just a SM thing? Because I eat healthily as a rule and have never noticed that any food would make any difference, be it positive or negative (e.g., coffee, dairy, sugar, gluten, cruciferous vegetables – lack of vit D is though).
Sleep hygiene? 🤔 does she mean a shower before bed? I just never heard of it before?
Thank you so much 💓 💗

I am 54 and still have periods either every month or every two months. At times I feel huge from being bloated when it is that time. I have always been 120-130 pounds and now I’m at 150. And it is driving me crazy. It does not feel like my body. I am on natural replacement hormones, I exercise and take my vitamins and drink a lot of water. I am so ready to have my periods completely stop and recognize my body again. And weigh what I feel comfortable in my body. Ugh
Examine your relationship with toxic people. If there is a definite struggle or strain with some people, consider breaking ties with them. Sometimes it's the healthier thing to do , for yourself and the other person. Destructive relationships are unhealthy. Everyone deserves to be respected and appreciated in all phases of our life. 🙏🙂
Thanks for this information ❤
