I have low-impact options for beginners, workouts to strengthen your muscles, and improve mobility! Just press play and follow along with me.

Here are some basic but effective lightweight exercises to build strength! Practice with water bottles at first then move on to some light dumbbells. Each move might require a different weight, but essentially you want to be comfortable lifting 10 repetitions with good technique. Stand in front of a mirror when performing this routine. grab some light weight we're gonna build some strength with this full body routine today I'm using some water bottles and Kathleen has some light dumbbells start with something very light and focused on technique first and foremost I'm showing some beginner alternatives for some of these exercises you might want to try different versions depending on your level for each exercise especially when it comes to range of motion you might not be able to bend too far down that's okay do what you can side note my Mobility exercises will definitely help with that range of motion but today we're focusing on strength which is extremely important too for longevity you can do this routine three times a week don't forget to rest if your muscles are sore and for this last one you can do wall push-ups as an alternative if you can't get to the floor or if you don't have a workout bench happy workout
