  6. Are you sure it is the Infrared method of heat that is beneficial, or is it simply being in a super heated environment for a specified time that is the actual beneficial aspect? Theoretically, an oversized microwave oven would actually cook us from the inside out, but no one is doing that. Standing in a cabin with a potbelly wood stove to huddle around could heat you up too, though not as immersive as being in a closed wood box with the heat source.

  7. I have an infrared light which has stopped emitting heat it's a belt
    So I ordered another one this time a 9 inches long light with multiple bulbs in it, and that one never emitted any heat.
    Should they be heating up
