  1. Excellent. By far the BEST exercise video I've found till date. Thank you for the explanations, demonstrations, built in rest time and all. It's a complete video. I'm old, overweight and have never exercised. So today was my first day and I did only half of it. My target is to complete this 20 minute and then go on to more.
