  5. Hi! Just an advice to include warm up and cool down in workouts. That would really help plus also mention if the work out is low intensity, definitely not a 500 cal burn

  25. This definitely is not hiit but like other said more like a body weight tuning. Not so much cardio.

    I am 163, 53 kgs. I burned 170 calories. The 500 calorie in the title is very far off
