  3. I used to eat SugarFree Chobani yogurt every day thinking it was healthy… unfortunately most grocery store yogurt is ultra processed and was actually making me feel worse

  5. Does it have to be raw bananas? We Hispanics like to fry our bananas, not plantains in this topic, and they get super sweet tasting. But raw bananas, I have an allergy to them, cooked bananas are not a problem.
