Begin by inviting that beautiful body of yours to just get nice and cozy right now whatever it feels it wants and needs let yourself listen to it and softly close your miraculous eyes gently beginning to tune your awareness inward [Music] just come and gather here with your breath and body see what happens when you invite yourself to gather in and simply be with your breath and body feeling the weight of gravity [Music] perhaps noticing the contact of any clothing on [Music] [Music] skin maybe even inviting your hands if they're on your lap to give yourself a little pressure just to feel the sensation of being here in your body [Music] [Music] invite yourself to release and relax any muscles you do not need to use right now [Music] and tune in to where feelings of gratitude and appreciation live within [Music] [Music] you and let those feelings amplify and build [Music] as you let yourself listen to the following affirmations and gently invite them to be true for you in your heart and in all of your being I am thankful for the life that I live [Music] I am thankful for life in general I am thankful that I got myself here today and that I'm doing this right now with and for [Music] myself thank you thank you thank [Music] you carry this feeling of gratitude forward with you as you very slowly listen to your body and make your transition back to the world around you as smooth and good feeling as you can very very slowly opening your eyes only when you're ready wonderful job today [Music]

Gratitude is a huge part of my morning and my life. IMhO, you did the first part but forgot about the second part. Cement the daily gratitude by giving it to people who are a part of your day. The things that you want most in life, such as gratitude, are the things that you need to give away the most. I have so many things in my life about giving my gratitude to others, they follow me everyday all day. The best inoculation for negative thoughts and deeds in your life, not only from you but also from others toward you is to pass your gratitude for life to others who need it most. Facing a challenging life in a changing world with gratitude in your heart and deeds will keep you in that warm, special place of gratitude.
