    1 abbs
    1 run. (Marathon training ),
    1 stretch
    1 full body
    1 rest day

    Sunday- Cardio (15 min Hitt & 30 min walk weighted vest)
    Mon- Strength (lower body)
    Tues- Strength (Upper body)
    Wed- Stretch, Flexibility & Balance (palates)
    Thurs- Cardio (15 min Hitt & 30 min walk with weighted vest)
    Fri- Strength (full body condition day- Light & no weights)
    Sat-Recovery Day!
    Repeat! Love her routine it has made huge changes in my body! Find the routine that works for you, but use the 3,2,1 and be consistent

    How do you balance this with a full time job though?
    Cooking and exercising to maintain a good body really takes a toll on me with work.

  36. hmm… maybe i should dedicate a day solely for stretching. i do a very complex stretch routine on leg day but the stretch routine alone takes 30 min and all that extra time makes me dread leg day even more…🤔🤔
