you arm wrestle your friend during lunch and he destroys you here's the lifting routine you use to get more fit one day my friend said he wanted to eat better and start exercising more so I said let's agree to start working out together he was down so he pulled out our laptops went to Google and found a beginner workout routine on Monday we marched into the gym and hit chest shoulders and triceps on Wednesday we hit back in biceps on Friday we reluctantly hit legs worked our way up from three days a week to six days a week and the full routine is in my Discord

For me i beat a guy in 10th grade and im 8th grade in arm wrestling but in like actual strenth he is stronger so arm wrestling has techniques not only workout

6 days of workout will make you gain less muscle , rest is important if you want to workout the ideal days you need are 3/4 days
6 times a week for a natural gym goer is really a bit too much volume. The amount of people who can recover and still gain progress with that amount of volume without the use of PEDs is close to zero. 4 times a week is really enough as long as you train to failure

In freshmen year in high school I arm wrestled some people in my math class and they work out more then me, I beat almost every dude in my class and i don’t workout
Six days a week is not ideal. Toning it back will actually help you gain more muscle
That's insanely stupid. If anything, you should be decreasing workouts per week rather than increasing. Not mentioning other parts of this.
