we have to start building our own value and then when we go out into the world what happens is we don't cling to things that aren't serving us or making us happy we invest in things where we feel like we're actually getting something back where we feel like if it's a relationship that person is investing to and together we are building something of value together you still have your value on your own and I still have my value on my own but together we are building something of value outside of ourselves that's what a healthy relationship looks like but you can only go into that in an impartial way when you already have a value of your own

Ooohhhh the not clinging to things is a very “Buddhist” —> “Therapist speak” thing. I get that you are a trained therapist but this specific concept is actually dangerous and we should cling to (in a healthy way of course) love and to God!

What happens when your love one becomes disabled and has no value to you, this is worldly. This is why people are hurt and lonely for no fault of their own, they have nothing to offer so the world rejects them. It is the most heartbreaking cruel thing to happen to you. Love for each other should be unconditional. I have lost everyone.

How will i start to value outside world if from the beginning,refusing always the value I've offered and ignoring? That why I don't know heard anything regarding the that values because the values I have doesn't exist here..and I started to connect to all of you outside world only when something happened bad inside my place Sept 2023..and I let myselft hide and continue to observed what they are going to do next …and I cannot even used wifi and lines.
