The music is too loud
I am thankful for all Jason's meditation videos. However, sometimes there are very loud ads that jolt me awake, like the one at the end of this video. If there was a way to listen to ads at the beginning before falling asleep, that would be helpful.

I haven't been living for 25 years now.
Please, just a friendly, loving heads up. Don't ever take a benzodiazepiam for anything. Not anxiety, not panic attacks, not even sleep. The pamphlet says no longer than 4 weeks .
Nobody told me that at 19, nobody said this is the most addictive medication to your body on the planet.
I need to draw attention to this everywhere. Nobody said to me being on it so long and the dose I could wind up with what resembles people with traumatic brain injuries. I take at nighttime to sleep because just Ambien dont work! Just spread the word, please. If you have any questions, please ask me outside of here. No, I never abused any med ever.
I hope I at least sleep tonight.

After suffering years and years of all kinds of trauma. I’ve been given the opportunity to do something that I’ve always wanted to do. My fear is that I find it extremely difficult to accept something good. The fear of it being taken away from me and reliving more trauma is a battle in itself. How do you stop reliving the past and do something for you and practice self care without your anxieties sabotaging it?
