  20. ima b honest it really isn’t that hard, I had a shake with a protein strawberry cheesecake yogurt, 2 scoops of protein powder, and 2 cups of skim milk for 81 grams total and like 560 cals and it went down smooth n easy…. problem is it also came out smooth 😂

    There are a lot of options but i your video maybe you ate 130-160 grams of protein.
