namaskar whether you are just a teenager or above 50 arthritis affects anybody but the good news is that there are natural remedies which can help relieve the pain and improve your quality of life today I'm going to talk about some of these natural remedies which also includes some tried and tested Yogi practices let's begin one of the simplest but most effective ways to manage arthritis that is stretches staying active and ensuring mobility throughout the day is very important walking is one of the best exercises you can do it helps keep your joints flexible avoid sitting on a chair for a long time in the same posture when the pain is less begin with sahaj basan which are preliminary yogic exercises that increases the the mobility of your joints you can do some basic warm stretches like neck rotation shoulder rotation wrist rotation feet stretches Etc but in a very gentle way when you are feeling more flexible you can try other asanas like yasan pan mtas bujangan piman yog mudra and tanur Vasan these poses not only help in reducing pain but also improves the strength pranayam or yogic breathing exercises will also help you if you practice them every day while all pranayam practices are good for you I recommend yedra pranayam 4 or abdominal breathing for pain relief it calms the mind and reduces stress which is generally trigger for arthritis pain it is essential to avoid stress completely s stress can increase arthritis symptoms practice relaxation techniques like shasan and nandaba at least once a day to manage stress level and keep your mind calm if you are new to meditation try guided meditation using an app like nisand now when we talk about diet a simple light vegetarian diet can make a great difference detoxifying your body now and then is very essential garlic is beneficial for you as it contains micronutrients that prevents arthritic changes in the bones Ginger and pepper are also good because they improve digestion and Metabolism there is another pepper which is called as long pepper which is little sweeter and less pungent that is also very beneficial both G Ginger and long pepper are specially good for rheumatoid arthritis don't forget drumstick both the fruit and leaves in your meal they are rich in calcium and vitamin C highly recommended for arthritis bitter God is one more excellent vegetable which improves digestion and has vitamin like B1 B2 and B3 giving warmth is another important factor keep your joints well covered and warm use a hot water bag to soothe any pain and stiffness take sunlight on your body on your back for 10 to 15 minutes every day this would boost your vitamin D level this is required for bone health while bathing use warm water and make it a habit to drink warm water throughout a day it improves your digestive system imparts lightness to your muscles and joints include these natural remedies in your lifestyle and after some months you will definitely notice relief in all these arthritic pains take small small steps every day and over time you will see the difference arthritic condition doesn't occur suddenly in the beginning it just begins with little pain and then disappears when we walk and do some activities but slowly slowly if we don't attend it goes bad and then it is a permanent pain and so be very much alert agile the moment any pain starts in the body start attending to your body in all these ways which we have mentioned so develop awareness about your body and take care of your body right in the beginning namaskar
