If You Have An Autoimmune Condition, Watch This! 👉
someone with an autoimmune condition's immune system is not overactive it's just ignorant and confused it's attacking something that it shouldn't shouldn't be attacking and so the answer is not to blunt their immune system it's not to dull their immune system or or to just it that's not the answer but that's most doctors answers we're just going to your immune system so it'll stop attacking you as much the answer is to figure out what's causing the Baseline inflammation what's the root cause of the inflammation and remove that and very very often it's something in your diets and very very often it's a it's a plant food or a series of related plant foods that you're eating that you were taught since childhood oh these are super healthy you should eat as many of these as you can anybody who has an autoimmune condition you need to start learning about the carnivore diet right now and you need to try it for at least 90 solid days very strictly and then reassess how your autoimmune condition seems to be behaving

❤ So true. I haven't been able to eat Oatmeal 😢for years! I get almost instant Vertigo from ingesting Oatmeal 😢
Would love to try this. Doctors are trying to say I must have an autoimmune condition because they’re unwilling to diagnose my spinal injuries from being hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian.
No autoimmune issues prior other risk mild arthritis. Was in excellent shape before.
Was on keto at the time. Weened off all pharmaceuticals except puffer.
Mobility is failing because they’re not trying to find the , “ Root “ cause.
Thank you, hope to be able to expose these things so no one else gets bamboozled by the healthcare/insurance system.
Atrocious unethical behaviour I allege. All here in a city where doctors are coming out of our very prestigious university.
They’re not used to taking accountability for any mistakes.
Thank you. My son is on infusion for Crohn’s. I pray for complete healing for him.
What about someone with an autoimmune kidney disease???
Is carnivore ok for 1 kidney with disease? If not is there a recommended adjustment?
Are inflammatory foods bread, carbohydrates and crackers, tortillas, gluten?
What plants have inflammatory properties ?
Hi Dr! I have been going through something for the past month and a half. I recently had to go to the ER and finally relented to get treatment(no insurance is the main reason why I was resistant). I received blood tests, chest xrays, a ct scan, urine sample, a 1.5 hour long MRI, 24 hr heart monitoring, EKG. So far as the doctors notice, I have a clean bill of health. Nothing is wrong with my liver or kidneys, No signs of a cancer. I was specifically checking for a neurological disorder, but they found my MRI scan to be great. Though they of course noted that something is wrong. My muscles are weak and I experience numbness on occasion. Constant inflammation and symptoms are at their worse in the morning or after a nap.
So after this, I have no leads as to what is going on. It was all out of the blue with no prior occassion where I experienced this. I don't have an infection or contagion either. Their best thought was that this could be a unique variation of long covid where I do not experience any of the common symptoms of covid, or a autoimmune disease. Possibly Gluten. Can such an intolerance cause weakness in legs to the point that some days I wake up without being able to leave the bed or drive to work? I don't feel fatigued like I would with a flue or cold. It's like I haven't used my legs for months after a short nap and recover throughout the day.
Thank you Dr. Berry. 🙏🏽 The last 6 months have been traumatizing & a nightmare. Found my root-cause for the autoimmune dis-eases are toxic black mold in our homestead house. Former owner lied, covered it up with bleach, Kilz paint & cheap cosmetic fixes. It almost unalived me. I tried getting a brand new RV to live outside & that had hidden mold too. I need to find a lawyer. I’m now living in a tent now, just got a cooker, cast iron skillet & a mini fridge. I’m beginning Carnivore mold-free this time finally. Last time I tried was in the house & I didn’t do well cuz the mold was everywhere.
anyone with Lupus?
That’s Kerry! 😂
Wow, Mr. MD! Do you actually have an autoimmune condition? I highly doubt it because no one in hell with an autoimmune condition—specifically an autoimmune that deals primarily with muscle and joint inflammation—would suggest only the carnivore diet as THE solution and advise against vegetables. As someone who does have an autoimmune condition, Ankylosing Spondylitis, I went through 10 years of trial and error before getting an immunosuppressant—and yes, I grew up healthy and actually was a week out from my first marathon at age 18 when my symptoms started. Over those 10 years, I gradually noticed that foods definitely correlated with feeling inflamed the next day. Sure carbs, fatty foods, and sugary foods definitely made me inflamed, but lots of meat, especially red meat, made me inflamed nonetheless.
It's simply not true!
I’m on the carnivore for 2 weeks now with hashimoto thyroiditis. I’m looking forward to getting the inflammation down so I can continue my jiu jitsu training.
I’m confused… I was at my healthiest when I got the first flare up or whatever it’s called. I went keto, ate asparagus and spinach and others greens and water with electrolytes. I also took some organ meat pills. I was working out twice a day. My skin cleared up, my rashes went away, I lost weight, I was full of energy I was so excited and then everything changed! Dizzy 😵💫 spells then I was unable to walk normal among other symptoms. I got discouraged 🫤 like how did me eating right do this. Did my body need the junk? Am I allergic? I purchased the 100+ tests and it showed ANA etc. Maybe I need the food allergy one?
Will keto works for autoimmune? Or is carnivore and lions a must? I have psoriatic arthritis and Ehlers Danlos.
It’s not always the diet sir Mr scammer 😂
I want to cry because I know the causing is the smoke, but I can't avoid it because I don't have money to move to another place. Every day night is the nightmare of my life
Testosterone deficiency causes autoimmune disease. Quit fkng lying.
I reversed two autoimmune diseases with carnivore diet.
I’m a vegan so that won’t work for me
yeah! that should be the right attitude!!!! go through the history on what its causing it and start treating from there,,,
most of the time when u go to a GP here in UK,, they will just prescribe medication to treat the symptoms but not actually getting into the bottom of it
No Bots…. Has this actually worked for anyone.. I have crohns
Thank you for being honest
My doctors won't do anything 😢
Mjne is environment and food i had to learn over the years that construction sites dont agree with me and food but my disease attacks my hearing so i stopped immediately and thousands if jobs later i eventually expected my fate but i self diagnosed from 16 to 39 i diagnosed myself still to this day im on a list in ireland for immunologist life has been 0 quality i wanna die at all the time i just cant bring myself to donit cause i always have hooe for some reason

Bs…. Not against natural healing.. but I have a pretty good diet.. I don’t knw where or how I got an auto immune problem.. all I do knw is if u don’t slow down the attack good bye what ever organ ur system decide to attack….. good hustle on the book tho but this problem is life or death situation and should be taken seriously
I use thc/cbd 😊
Thanks for sharing the info, I have very unique condition where I can't inhale smoke. The smoke allergy turned to be an autoimmune. The worst thing we don't have enough money to rent or build another house. I live in a small village where my neighbours burn the garbage almost twice a day and across the road is a farm, every night smoke from the farm like a nightmare for me. Doctor said that they can't help, they said that I need to move. It's easy to say because they have the money 😂😂😂, but I just a burden for my family. I enjoy my suffering time, sometimes I cursed our neighbours. They didn't have heart and still don't have it, I never make enemy and never hurt them. I already begged them for not to burn the garbage or leaves and explained my condition, they stop for few days and continue it again. Sorry for my bad
I’m here to tell you this is true
Thank you
What if they have Alfa Gal too?
Some other doctors will suggest that if autoimmune disease came then quite meat, beef, diery, fish then only go for plants based diet, whom to believe 🙄
Thank you
You are demon….not a doctor or nutritionist bro
So so agree, l have RA. I got tired of cooking usual meals about 8 months ago.
I love pasta/spaghetti bolinais. Traditionally we never used tin tomatoes, l found since l been on YouTube for recipes my wrist joint in 1 hand has coursed havoc. Over time l realised the pain in my wrist is due to what l am putting in my mouth. I was eating potato chips No gluten sea salt as a snack watching TV at night. I started to get pain in my wrist that at times flaird up that l could not go to work next morning.
Before being treated with prednison l did a 6 hr road trip one time, l packed the car with bouth hands that morning, l had Hungry Jacks for lunch on the way.
By the time l got to my destination in the afternoon l found unpacking my car my wrist was in to much pain so l unpacked with my better hand. Later that night oh my God my wrist was throbbing, l had to keep it elevated on 2 pillows in bed.
Next morning throbbing was gone but still had pain and stiffness….l believe what we put in our mouth could be a start with problems in our health. I ended up on prednison for about 3 months and could not get off this awful medication. I started to research….then came to diet.
I found things l needed to avoid to stop inflammation and herps to fight inflammation. I am 62 and now see l can't eat everything l could before "gut health "
Things l was eating recently was coursing inflammation and then put on prednison l was eating sandwiches that did not eat before but needed to have something in the gut to take before the medication, now something more that was adding to my joint pain. In the end l cleaned up diet, l listened to my body as in pain the next morning after dinner and looked at what was in my food to course this discomfort next morning. To much salt, sugar, deepfr, not enough greens.
Poor diet makes our body become acidic, if you pee on a pH test paper and it shows a phof 6 your body should acidic wich means rust formation on steel, not good.
Acidity in our body can only be fixed by eating more greens…. google body ph and cancer.
carnivore diet often used to help w gut – take care of subclinical parasites, support liver, take binders – like zeolite – and gradually increase a diverse amount of probiotics ( may need to start slow, open up a capsule and do a tiny bit while building up). take w other things to heal gut, glutamine, butyrate, fiber, fat etc. inflamation may be to compensate for weaken immune system /decreased good bacteria.
Try "very strictly " for 90 days, yes….however…when getting oxalate dumping symptoms, definitely make exceptions as needed.
Don't believe it's just the opposite meat brings disease causes acidity in the body that's,where the diseases come from
Great advice! I’m so much better on carnivore! I feel full like I’ve never been full on any diet, ever! My stomach is learning how much to eat or I’ll get sick. I’ve got bronchiectasis. So my diet is very important! Carnivore has helped a lot. I’ll have to vary the carnivore a little by adding fruit cause I need to eat more lightly but still get nutrients and proteins that I need to keep well cause I can get really weak if I don’t keep up the proteins. I’ve been solid for six months, lost over 15kg’s which my doctor says is enough cause I’m getting older, 70 and have to keep muscle on. Hence adjusting now and then. Your suggestion is solid!
