HAVE SYMPTOMS OF CHEST PAIN,
HEART ATTACK, AND SOMETIMES

WEIGHT, AVOID SMOKING AND DO
ROUTINE EXERCISE. A LOT OF MEN THINK THERE IS NO
POINT TO MODERATE EXERCISE BUT
THAT’S NOT TRUE. MODERATE EXERCISE SUCH AS 30
MINUTES A DAY, FIVE DAYS A WEEK
CAN SIGNIFICANT WAY DECREASE
RISK OF HEART DISEASE. IT’S ALSO IMPORTANT TO GET YOUR
CHOLESTEROL CHECKED AND IT IS
ALREADY SHOULD TALK WITH YOUR
DOCTOR ABOUT STARTING ONE OF THE
STAT MEDICATIONS IN ADDITION TO
ROUTINE LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION. MARGO: DOES BELLY FAT HAVE

MORE OF A LIFESTYLE DISEASE. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE FAMILY
HISTORY DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE
GOING TO HAVE HEART DISEASE,
JUST MEANS YOU TAKE THE STEPS TO
