[Music] hello busafam and welcome back to the channel today I want to share with you these two sprats that I've been using in the bullet journal in order to do mental decluttering life over here has been pretty stressful all because I'm in my last year of university and looking for my final internship which will probably lead to a job I have to study social media financial problems that come and go and all of these create inevitably clutter in my mind when we talk about Clara I don't necessarily mean big huge problems that take out all of my time and energy but it's more about all of those tiny little piece of information on there Akana they are in the back of my mind all the time and you know little by little they stress me out and eventually they turn into me being so stressed out and in sometimes even burned out and of course a bullet journal is the perfect way to take some time to declare so to get rid of the mental clutter that you have focus on what matters the end these dress and move on from there so the very first page that I want to show it as something in probably a lot of you too already but it's brain dumps a Brandon page is basically a page that you use in order to put on paper everything that's going through your mind all the information and tasks you have to do projects of anything that you can think of you want to put it in your brain dump now something that I used to do in my other journals was to do brain dumps whenever I was feeling very stressed out so at first I didn't feel like he needed to do brain dumps but then a little bit later I go to a point where I felt like all that clutter was taking up so much my mind that I had to put it in paper but now what I decided to do in this nutrional is to actually plan on doing weekly brain dumps that's why I have included in my monthly pages brain dump pages if you have a look for example the month of October I had set up these pages in advance and I planned on doing brain dumps on every Sunday before setting up my new week I would come back to these pages and just put on paper whatever was stressing me out to also some random formation anything that I could put out of my mind and onto paper and as you will see here there are cells some open tasks that I'm going to transfer from these brain dump to November later on and of course some days I feel like writing more other days I don't write as much but it's important to find a time in your week it can be five minutes it can be ten minutes so that you set down in front of your journal and you think about everything anything that's going on and that's stressing you out and you put it on paper so instead of having that clutter in your mind you have it here and if you need to cross it you can cross it here you cannot cross it in your mind so the first big advice is to plan weekly to the brain dumps I feel it's always good at the end of the week on Saturday Sunday when you plan for your new week to sit down and you know just put all of that onto paper the second page that I want to show to you is dismantle inventory and I got the idea from the new bullet journal method I am almost done reading it it's a beautiful book I highly recommend it if you haven't already go check it out it actually came out this week if I'm not wrong so in the book the mental inventory is presented before you actually store a bullet journal so that it kind of gives you an idea of where you want to start but if an is just so useful to set down and set my own mental inventory up you have three sections one for all the things that you are currently working on one for all those things that you should be working on and one for things that you want to be working on and the exercise of asking myself about these three different things have me realized so much and that there is a bunch of things that I should be working on that I don't spend time on so especially this section here how many a lot doing mental declaring in a sense then now I'm more conscious of what I really have to work on that I don't do as well as the things that I want to work on but that I don't because I'm too busy or probably because I'm not prioritizing my time and energy as well as I should I did thus in October and I do plan on doing one probably in December or January I feel that a good way to go weather spread is to do one probably every two months three months or maybe even each if you feel like it these two pages have helped me a lot guiding me through how I want to organize my life and what I want to be spending time and energy on a final page that you can use in order to do mental declaring as this no drama page I'm not showing you what I wrote here because it's personally for make sure that I don't feel like sharing on the Internet but I come to these pages whenever I feel particularly stressed and sometimes it's not even something big to happen that day there just stays when I feel low where I feel like I am not in control of what I'm doing that I'm not enough and I feel like coming to this page in writing down like hey Ricardo you're stressing so much about that you're suffering so much about this has me feel better already and it helps me get all of that clutter that stays in my mind onto paper when it's on paper I can see it and if I can see it I can work on it so this is you can see it's nothing particularly complicated I got it no drama because them to be overdramatic you can call it whatever you want to call it but just have a place in your journal where you can go to whenever you feel kind of stressed and you'll see that whenever you fill in a stressful situation you know that you can come to your journal open this page and just write down and this is a very good thing to have just in case you're feeling super stressed out so I hope you guys enjoyed this video I wanted to keep it short and sweet let me know in a comment down below what you thought about these three pages do you already use something similar you see yourself using one of these please let me know and I hope that you all have a great day and don't stress that much it's never at the end of the world yeah as usual stay with stead [Music]

  2. Amazing! I really love the mental inventory section 🙂 I just made a video on the layouts I use to track my mental health and I feel like a common theme between all of these is just creating space for us to acknowledge our thoughts and how we want to live our lives <3
