I just had my sixth baby in eight years and I can count on maybe two hands how many times I've missed a shower I'm able to do this is I do everything at night when my husband is home and the kids are asleep even when I'm dead tired I still do this cuz it's just 30 minutes and it fills my cup after my shower I lotion my entire body and then I do my retinol all over my face neck and hand I move onto my hair and I simply just brush it and I put a moisturizing cream in it now for the teeth care while my retinal dry I brush them for 2 and 1/2 minutes floss tongue scrape and I use a teeth whitening mouth then I do a few sprays of this face Tanner and then I put on my night moisturizer and I seal all in with some petroleum jelly I go to bed looking like a slug but I wake up with my skin feeling so moisturized this routine is only 30 minutes and it makes me feel so refreshed

Mom of two here.
I do this once the kids are in bed. We don't have help, outside my husband. When mom died, it became just us and the kids. I don't have much time to myself, but I have to make time to have a foot bath, do some skincare, and read.
No time even to moisturize my hands !!
It must be nice having a husband lol I have 1 toddler & it's just us. She's not sleeping more than 20 minutes at a time & it takes 40 minutes to get her back to sleep…until I get exhausted enough to put her in bed with me. I have 15 minutes to get in, get out of the shower & brush my teeth đ I dream of self care & uninterrupted sleep…someday â€â€
I can easily see where all the moisturizer is coming from.. yay to aquphor. I use it too since after my second oneđ

This is me! I never miss my shower. When I get under the water I feel all the stress being washed away. Most days it's the only place I get to be completely alone.

Retinol is forbidden in Europe for pregnant and breast feeding women!!! Maybe look into that â€

Just found out floss had a ton of bad chemicals on it. Like toxic ones. Please research this and buy either bamboo or silk floss.
I stopped using retinol during pregnancy and breastfeeding. From what I've been advised, no retinol if breastfeeding. However, whatever fills your cup momma. You know what's best for you and your babies/ family. â€

Mama of 7 here and the night time showers keep me going too!! Even if I hold my newborn in the shower I do whatever to get that shower I t makes me feel sooo much better!! I relate to your videos sooo much!!!
Itâs better to floss first then brush. That way you are brushing all the removed gunk away.

Anyway, it depends on the period of your life. I missed A LOT of showers with my first child, missed just 2 or 3 in total now that I have my 2nd!
Just 30 mins? I need that for just the shower.. minimum
I take shower first thing in the morning, much much better for me!
And I spend my extra time before bed scrolling through YouTube videos like everyone else here.. and then oh wait! Itâs gotten late and I was going to read my book đ (but yes, I do also prioritize my skin and mouth care every night also)
As someone who has chromic migraine, Im happy if i can brusa my teeth and not vomit everyday.
Can you share brand of retinol cream etc. cent you use a retinol moisturizer combo. ? Wondering how much petroleum jelly you put on face. ? Is it mostly on face or lips etc?
