  5. First of all there’s not a special and easy workout that will make you lose weight significantly and easy. Yes any type of movement can burn calories even if it’s just a few. But in reality if you really want to burn fat and lose weight you actually need to do something that’s actually going to be more effective that can be something like running, weightlifting, swimming, cycling Actual HIIT, etc and I am pretty sure they will have more effect than this.
