There’s no magic pill.
Trust me — I looked.
But I found something better: habits.
Simple, boring, powerful habits that stack over time like bricks.
And one day, you wake up and realize you built something sturdy. Something called health.
This was an incredibly insightful video, offering a vital deep dive into B12's absolutely critical role for brain health. It's a testament to how profoundly 'simple' nutrient deficiencies can impact complex cognitive functions.
This discussion, however, leads to a fascinating question I often ponder, and one that forms a core theme of the explorations I try to foster: While identifying and supplementing essential nutrients like B12 is undoubtedly crucial, are we potentially overlooking the deeper, more complex interplay of environmental factors, gut health, and broader lifestyle choices that profoundly impact not just nutrient *intake*, but also *absorption and utilization*? In other words, are we sometimes fixing symptoms without fully addressing the systemic vulnerabilities that make us deficient in the first place, or that compromise the efficacy of even the most 'essential' vitamins?
This was a really insightful video, especially on the importance of foods for heart health. I've been focusing more on incorporating these kinds of dietary changes over the past six months, and I can honestly say it's made a significant difference for me. My energy levels are consistently higher, and my recent blood work showed much healthier cholesterol numbers, which was a huge relief. This exact approach was truly a turning point in my personal health journey, and it's been a central theme in what I've been documenting on this platform.

Soooooooooo…sea SALT is healthy 😂😂😂?
Great list of heart-healthy foods! Very useful for improving heart health naturally.
Excellent breakdown! Many people don’t realize how powerful the right foods can be for heart health—especially when combined with consistent habits. Nutrient-dense choices like leafy greens, fatty fish, and berries aren’t just “healthy,” they’re scientifically proven to reduce inflammation and improve cardiovascular function over time.
How much sea salt should a person consume a day for optimumal health?
This famous heart doctor, Dr. Gundry, told us not to eat the skin or the seeds inside the tomatoes. They are supposed to be bad for you. I believe because of the Lycopene, they have in them. Even though, it is said that Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant. He is totally against eating tomatoes. It's on his list of bad food to eat. Almond is another bad food on his list, because of the skin on the almond, because of the phytic acid. He claims these Almonds can stop the absorption of minerals like zinc, iron, and calcium. Beans are on his bad foods, that we should not to eat. Beans are supposed to be bad for you because of the lectins, which can cause damage to the gut lining, and can contribute to various health problems. He also included most fruits on his list of bad foods. These lectins can also cause inflammation. He recommends avoiding these foods to minimize lectin intake and promote better gut health. How true these statements are I don't know.
Where is the free heart health guide?

Best bread in market today……PACHA
SPROUTED BUCKWHEAT BREAD, & TORTILLAS ❤
EVERYTHING you said in this video was absolutely FALSE, with the exception of the strawberries and blueberries. I get this vid is two years old, but you need to update it with proper information, as many people won't put that together. There is no such thing as a healthy carbohydrate. THEY DON'T EXIST. This have been empirically proven now.
Docter sebie says rice and beans are bad You say they’re good ? I like beans rice not so much I like sweet potatoes. What you think ?
I truly believe most people want to eat healthier and prevent illness, but sadly, many can't afford nutrient-rich foods—especially organic produce.
Salt from the sea, sugar from sugar cane never existed in human history. Today, it has become a basic necessity. Diabetes, high blood pressure did not exist in our ancestors.
I truly believe most folks want to eat healthier—it’s not about laziness, it’s about access. The hard truth is, when organic apples cost more than a fast food meal, many seniors and families are stuck choosing what they can afford, not what’s best for their heart. We need more conversations around making real, nutritious food affordable and available to everyone. Anyone else here feeling the same frustration?
❤
"Great list! These 15 heart-healthy foods are simple and effective for preventing heart attacks naturally."
I’m not convinced that food alone can prevent heart attacks. What about genetics, chronic stress, or environmental toxins? This kind of ‘eat these foods and you’ll be safe’ message feels a bit too simplistic. Anyone else feel like we’re ignoring the bigger picture?
There is no justification for including bread in a diet.
Some other gurus say avoid tomatoes.
(15:04) The moment Dr. Livingood brought up the discovery of Omega-3s through the Eskimo study gave me chills. It’s not just about fish—it’s about real science reshaping how we understand heart health. I wish more doctors explained it this clearly!"
At 09:26, the avocado segment really stood out to me. I had no idea just one avocado gives nearly 1,000mg of potassium—28% of our daily needs! That’s a game-changer for heart health and something I can easily add to my meals. Thank you for making this so practical
I went back on carnivore ❤ from keto, becouse plants, nuts, seed, are giving me bloating and inflamation😢
Does blood donation help heart ?
I do 2 tablespoons of olive oil or I’ll put it in. My smoothie. Also cayenne pepper is very good. It stops a heart attack in 20 seconds and it also moves the blood lotta heart health out there. We just have to obey and we will be able to stay out of the doctors office for sure. got a book called back to Eden, and it talks about it in that book a Cayenne pepper and probably takes the pages of all pages to Heal the heart.
