healthy habits are great but let's be honest sometimes it's just not realistic and it can get stressful if you try to do a list of things every single day let me show you three things you can do which are easy to implement but still make a huge difference number one drink more water and to me what really works here is using a reusable water bottle mine is from air up and I love how it adds flavor to my water number two cold showers it only takes a few minutes and okay at the beginning it can be really challenging and even a bit painful but it has so many benefits and it's so worth it and last but not least number three eat the rainbow which means add more fruits and vegetables to your meals

Put the cold water on your feet first then work your way up slowly. It can make the cold shower a LITTLE more bearable 😅. Once you feet adjust to the temperature a bit then move up to your legs and continue.
