Simplify Your Skincare Routine #Shorts

Simplify Your Routine

With thousands of products out there, ask yourself, what do you really need? Well the basics are a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a sunscreen

Now if you have specific skincare concerns or goals, add a “treatment” between your cleanser and moisturizer/sunscreen step. For example, retinol is a great addition for fine lines, AHAs (glycolic, lactic) are great for textured / bumpy skin, and salicylic acid is amazing for acne

Be deliberate, choose products that work for you, and eliminate products you don’t need

Simplify, save money, AND still have amazing results!

here's how to simplify your skincare routine there are only three products that you actually need a cleanser a moisturizer and a sunscreen everything else is just extra and should be tailored to your specific skin care concerns so tranexamic acid this is for hyperpigmentation if you don't have hyperpigmentation then you don't need it now add ingredients that target your specific concerns for example retinol is the most powerful anti-aging ingredient your skincare routine should be unique to you so save money and have better skin

  1. What retinol fir my pkety wrinkles thanks

  2. Love you're videos, always filled with helpful information! I am curious on your thoughts on the Garnier ombrelle sunscreen (particularly the Daily UV Anti-Aging Moisturizer)? I think it might only be available in Canada but if you can somehow get to test it out I'd love to hear your thoughts!

  3. Let's praise the Creator, He created us all.

  4. What about serums in general? Could you please make a video on how to choose the serum that fits your skin type? ❤

  5. So Serums aren’t any better how about vitamin c – glycolic acid?????

  6. 2-3% Salicylic Acid has kept me looking 20yrs younger than my biological age for years now. It's works better than Retinol or Retin A because while it exfoliates like them, it has the added benefit of sinking into pores to declog them. It's very affordable and there is much less reddening or irritation to deal with. Love the stuff!

  7. Thank you very much.
Both Dr. Your guy is the best.
    Love you❤

  15. What is the best sunscreen for someone who has really sensitive skin and breaks out easily because I have a combination I’m taking because right now. My skin is kind of dry but still I feel like it can be oily. I work out a lot and that being said, I tend to work out in the morning and I don’t know if that has anything to do with wearing sunscreen and then sweating if that clogs pours or I don’t know there’s so many different things on the Internet.
