what we're encouraging people to do is a really radical departure from what they're currently doing but that's to adopt a whole plant food diet it's free of the salt oil and sugar and what you're left with is things like fruits and vegetables raw or cooked minimally processed grains beans nuts and seeds but you don't have the meat fish Val eggs dairy products oil salt sugar and highly processed fractionated foods that make up the majority of the people's diet in industrialized Society why do some people get an influenza or a covid or an infectious disease and you know they recover they survive they have minimal consequences other people it's devastating or deadly well if you look at the risk factors associated with what makes people vulnerable to these diseases it's the same obesity and diabetes and high blood pressure and all the consequences of dietary excess these are reversible and preventable conditions people don't have to have these conditions and even if they have them they can largely reverse them by taking responsibility to control what they put in their mouth

this is propaganda 1 o 1
Would oil-free, salt-free pop corn be allow on this diet?
Thank you for saying what you did as you did.
I caught the flu recently and it seems to have changed my body for the worse. I get physically and mentally tired easily. I was already struggling with how restorative my sleep was but that just fell through the floor after getting sick.
Iâm now trying to make my way back to health and it does seem a whole food diet can help me lose the weight and regain my health.
Iâm on a journey.
Not if you have Crohns
He looks orange to me and has swelling under his eyes from phytates
Im so confused with all the conflicting info out there about not doimg WFPB due to high oxalates
Iâm so confused Iâm a vegetarian and mostly vegan but I do so much research that itâs overwhelming so the likes of Colin Campbell dr perlmutter dr amen who to believe do we add tonnes of olive oils or no oils Iâm super confused helpâ€
This guy is so well spoken. He speaks from experience of thousands of patients, not just from theory.
Just eat mostly whole vegetables and fruits with some meat. Diversity is strength
2013 study identified critical threshold values according to age, with consequent significant reduction in life expectancy if exceeded. These are: WHtR greater than 0.5 for people under 40 years of age, 0.5 to 0.6 for people aged 40â50, and greater than 0.6 for people over 50 years of age.
I survived the demic raw, while eating meat.
I love eating steaks and chicken etc. Here's the problem before the industrial revolution everything was organic. Now the majority of our soil is tainted through heavy pesticides. So now animals eat tainted plants and other animals because on Earth everyone and everything is living in a chemical soup. Now the bacteria and parasites found in meat are causing our bodies to load up and thrive on free radicals that ultimately keep us sick, fat & miserable.
Sodium is a necessary electrolyte..
I'm somewhat new to wfpb eating, but it's been incremental. I just kept liking the food better and meat les and less. My once raging sweet tooth just slowly went away almost without noticing. The real food is wonderful once your palate starts to adjust. The other stuff loses its appeal. This surprised me.
They have to put the music or YouTube will take down for copyright infringement
Amen
Plant base is the way to go can you imagine how low our insurance rates would be in our healthcare system think about it for a minute itâs amazing you think they want to push this more not fight against it
I've been really healthy since eating plant based (most of the time) I fight off colds in 24-48 hours and I never got symptoms of COVID. I am vaxxed and boosted as well. I just think we know what the issue is and ignore it
We are meat eaters. 100% plant based diets are simply not good for us. This has been asked and answered many times….
Plant food diet left me weak and tired a majority of the time. Eating meat and fish and protein, eliminating carbs and sugar, I have never felt better and have zero cravings. I have sustained energy and eat much less. Just reporting the facts, judge me if you like. I have done both long term..
People donât know how to make a major lifestyle change almost everyone needs help !!! -100 for me lifestyle baby
Stop talking about what specific natural food people can and should not eat and talk about the process and system the food has grown in. Meat grown in ecological focused environments could be more nutrient dense and better for ecosystem than fruits and veggies grown industrially. Were the veggies grown with all sorts of plastics and synthetic chemicals and cides? Itâs about the system they are grown in from mineral to soil foodweb and up. The trophic systems stack on top of each other to make wonderful nutrient dense food that benefits all layers of the ecosystem.
Couldn't you make the argument that eating this way 90-95% of the time, but occasionally throwing in a little bit of meat or eggs 5-10% of the time is actually a better strategy? Thank you.
NOW WHERE THE HECK AM I GOING TO FINDâŠ..ANY NON GMOâS FOODS ESPECIALLY VEGGIES đ„ & FRUITS đ in AMERICA????
He skips over the most important piece of information
Dietary Excess đź
I'm a huge meat eater as to why i developed psoriatic arthritis. My hands, knees and feet are affected with arthritic pain. So I've been bedridden for 3 months because my feet and knees were extremely painful. But when i started to ditched meat, sugar and dairy i started to walk again but limping. The pain reduced for like 50% and my psoriasis is completely dry now. And also, my dad died from heart attack due to the said diet as well
Now that we have learned enough about this, If we as a society can put our current pleasures aside WE can change EVERYTHING. Then we will have new pleasures. Delicious healthy food. And they will no longer be called 'Guilty'. We run these big food industries, not the other way around. Time to put money and efforts into good food being the affordable norm, not the overpriced corner isle in the grocery store.
Talking about âdietâ can lead to eating disorders because it leads to âdiet culture.â If ppl feel deprived, it can go into excess at a later point.
Such an informative video! The benefits you outlined for a whole food plant-based diet are eye-opening.t's incredible to see the positive impact on cardiovascular health, weight management, and overall well-being.
I respect vegans. They make a real effort to eat healthy. I can not eat a plant based diet, I need meat, especially red meat. And fat.
Eating a steak watching this
Ive tried Carnivore, keto, vegan, and pretty much everything. I feel the best on a vegan diet but love meat so much
You need salt. Celtic or other high quality not highly processed salt. Grass feed beef, and eggs is what we need. Peace
Olive oil and salt is bad now, Jesus! please stop.
Oil? Gtfoh
