  3. Good Video. What are the best fats high in mono saturated fat? What about Omega 3 capsules? They come from fish but fish like salmon has a lot of saturated fat.

  4. You have no need for carbohydrates. You need protein and fat and you should consume them together. Fatty meat, full fat dairy 👍 don't touch grains.

  5. Lately I have been working a lot more fruit and veggies (even if mostly just spinach/carrots) into my diet and that has gone a long way towards both my gains in the gym as well as my overall health.

    Sure, I still have to get my protein sources, but it means a higher percentage of what I eat in a day is not junk food, and a lot of nutrients can be derived from fruits/vegetables and occasional grain.

    I just need to keep it up, and your content definitely has been helpful to me in various ways.

  24. Unless you are allergic to everything! Anaphylactic to dairy, tomatoes, avocados, HYPER sensitive/allergic/unable to process oxalate, which is in EVERYTHING. If I eat anything with oxalate, I end up with fibromyalgia/chronic systemic pain. Down to meat, eggs, white rice, and berries, plus supplements to ensure I'm getting all of my vitamins/minerals.
