You don’t need to be seeking a belief system in order to learn about one. If you enjoy exploration through knowledge and come across something you don’t agree with, just respectfully move on. I’m not talking about ethics or harmful practices like racism, religious conquests, cults, misogyny, or any of the negative aspects surrounding religion. I’m asking that if you read this far and have made fun of or mocked someone for believing in their higher power, for simply for having a spiritual belief, you’ll self reflect about why you feel that way. Psychology is a science, you don’t need to be spiritual to be introspective.
