if somebody completely cuts out carbs so starches and sugars completely let's say from today to tomorrow you cut out all carbs that can cause issues because if you've been eating carbs your whole life your body expects these carbs every 2 to 3 to four hours and your body is actually just burning glucose for energy so all of a sudden you cut off its supply of glucose and it becomes a little bit stressed out especially if your body's not used to also burning fat for fuel in your healthy body you can switch from burning glucose for energy to burning fat for energy easily so either you eat glucose and your body gets energy that way or you're not eating and your body's burning fat and most of us we're eating every 2 to 3 to 4 hours some carbs and so our body doesn't know how to burn fat for fuel anymore it doesn't have that muscle so the idea is to train it slowly to be able to do that not to just cut out completely the glucose you know cut the grass from under the foot too quickly that's going to be difficult

No one is addicted ,to sugar. i did not intend to eat no carbohydrates. i took a hypoglycaemia because i wasn't eating enough carbohydrates.and Im not overweight . I now have to eat more carbohydrates more often .
Cut it out and felt a little wobbly after three days while going in ketosis.
Just cut it out. Your body will adapt.
KAP girlfriend it’s difficult as quitting an addiction like coca roca or alcohol but it’s not impossible or the end of the world if your huevos are big enough u can do it and moonwalk to the market and get Whole Foods 💀💀💀
Thank you 🎉🎉🎉
you should replace by sweet potatoes or pumpkin or vegetable-based carb
This lady doesn't look sane
I was so septic about stop eating carbs, and I started Keto juste to try out and loose some weight for summer. I was so surprised that I feel so good on this diet and it’s more easy than expected!
I am definitely thinking of cutting out pasta and bread from my diet. But i am not staying in keto for long 3 months max
il love fruit to much 🙃
I do that but I got high blood pressure
Weird -Because Im doing Cole Robinson's Sugar Fast Snake Diet – eating fructose alllll day, and I'm shredding body fat without working out
I have never heard of essential carbs so yes cutting carbs completely is possible
Great information I do agree
Best way is spend a week fasting a 18/6 or 20/4 and then going into a no carb the next week. Your body will have a better transition and your mind will to because now your eating.
Most of our ancestors did not eat carbs…if you can reduce your intake, it would probably be best! Eat seeds, nuts, veggies, meat/fish, maybe even fruit. No sugar or bread.
She is an idiot.
Bad advise. Calories in calories out is what determines how much fat you burn , not macronutrients (basic thermodynamics)
This is not true for everyone. I cut sugar and carbohydrates completely at once and replaced them with high-fat, high-animal protein for two years. I have checked my physical health every year and I am stronger than ever. I am 59 years old. Going strong.
She speaking in truths. And the people following her seem to blindly follow it all as 100% fact. To be fair, the majority of people on here are probably both sedentary and insulin resistant. But if you’re neither then carbs might not be the enemy
I did it straight away…..T2D diagnosis….so day one…no carbs or sugar, over three months I lost two stone and reversed my diabetes 🎉🎉🎉
She doesn’t explains how….
I’ve cut it out in an instant many times
It's the microbes ❤
I need carbs at dinner to help me sleep.
Carbs are like crack for me
I totally agree and what a beautifully this lady explained
The 'Keto flu'
Stupidity
I try cut out carbs for 1 month. The problem is i get insane craving at the end of every week. The most negative thing is that i don't have good energy because i workout 6 days a week. The way i fix it is eat carbs for maximum of 50g for a day which is about one cup of cooked white rice and eat a lot of protein. It helps with the craving and give me good energy to work out 50mins a day for 6 days every week.
I went no carbs overnight. Dropped 20lb in 6 weeks and have had no problems. Just got another 8lb to reach target weight.
People do it everyday. 🤷
