  4. The fact is that…. nostrils are the only organ that works ipsilateral.
    So the left nostril powers the left side of the brain and right goes for right only.

  14. Wow , I have a very thin nose and top bit of my airway is too narrow so bad I'm going to have to get operated on somestage.
    I get sinus migraines and I'm in the middle of being burnt out and my kundalini symptoms are interesting and I'm not sure what to do because everything is half opened up by some tantra meditation.
    Is there something aswell for someone who's very sensitive to energies and I can calm everything down cause I was not really guided to control it as a sensitive and someone that needs grounding and protection.

    why from few years i feel block nose all the time.

    And since then I am suffering from depression, overthinking, anxiety
    and I'm just a school student.

    For the block nose I can't do anulom vilom .
    And I am suffering from some family problems so
    I can't connect with a good doctor.

    Please God or someone help me 😢😭
