Total Body Cardio & Strength Workout | Low Impact Exercise for Seniors & Beginners | At Home Workout



This is a total body workout including 20 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of balance exercises and 6 minutes of stretching. This is a little bit more challenging than some of my beginner workouts but as always, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need them. As always, this is low impact. Please use your judgment on when to modify exercises. If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. You can walk in the comfort of your own home with this workout:)

hi everyone welcome to today's workout so for today you need to have weights please have a lightweight so maybe 1 to three lbs and then a heavier weight so when I say a heavier weight I want it to be a weight that you find challenging when you're doing this exercise okay so have that heavy weight whatever it is for you have a chair handy because you'll need it have some energy and if you don't have energy you will gain it after doing this workout all right let's get going [Music] i' been waiting all my life for something I've been down the darkest roads and up in the clouds but I've always   19. I’m finishing up series one “walk the weight off” this weekend. I keep trying to remember your normal post cardio stretches, but today decided to look at the end of some of your other videos. This stretching sequence and music at the end of this video were delicious! I like that it was short and oh so relaxing. I have a longer PT stretching routine I do on active rest days, but I love something like this after cardio! ❤
