  1. AI AI AI fackkkkk enough of the voice overs. Lol

  2. I don’t have the time to do kettles every day, there is such a thing as life that happens every day also never do kettlebells swings after eating a good all round routine three times a week as promoted by Steve Reeves and others is the best way to go.

  3. How often to do kettlebell workouts

  4. Most of the participants in these clips are doing the swing all wrong. The object is NOT to get the kettlebell to swing high; in fact, you shouldn't focus on the bell itself; that's just a tool. The idea is to thrust with your hips; the kettlebell will rise to it's proper height when you focus on the thrust and the proper expelling of breath. If you're a beginner I recommend looking up Lebe Stark or Mark Wildman on Youtube; they'll teach you the way to get the best benefits.

  5. As soon as I hear the generic AI voice I think "clickbait" and ignore the content.

  6. Everyone I've seen in this video doing Kettlebell Swings…isn't using their hips at all lol.

  7. Kettlebell are amazing. ❤

  8. AI slop video. Hope i never get this channel recommended again

  9. I always swing naked….it helps with keeping cool and is very liberating, my one complaint is the amount of rude people who stare at the gym its almost like they've never seen a 60 year old man exercise.

  10. Brilliant video respect brother YNWA

  11. If you want to be taken seriously, then do not show so many clips of people with bad form.

  12. I just bought kettle bell and im 33. Im tired of being weakling, i cant even lift my motorcycle stand quickly. This is the reason why i need to strength training. I have a big bike and im tired asking help from men.

  13. It’s not about the technique in this video it’s about what it does with your body and the beneficial it is

  14. Bought 16 and 20kg's almost 2 years ago. Feeling great 👍🏽 👌🏽

  15. just one thing.. swing is not shoulder exercise, I seen many bad form in this video.

  16. I've been using KBs for 12 years and wish it was something I had discovered decades ago. The combination of mobility, strength and cardio is amazing. The versatility and choice of different movements provides options for working around injuries.

  17. The video is a good video but the people doing swings… well, i think they have to go to a kettlebell teacher before doing swings :p

  18. No swings.. work is to important.

  19. Terrible form on the swings😮

  22. note: it turns out that you have to stop eating cookies/biscuits too – just saying.

  23. i bought a kettlebell recently to fix my lower back pain and i got to the exercises asap, it already did wonders very fast

  24. More like preference!!! In WL world, we don't use kb much. We apply more mobility & strength conditioning then Bb & Db.

  25. I wish youtube would mark ai videos, so they could be filtered off my feed 😐

  26. I'm still trying to find muscle in my body. I'm expecting for us to find each other anytime soon.

  27. Is it safe to use kettlebells for curls and hammer curls? Or should you use dumbbells? Anything you should keep in mind?

  28. American swings is a useless swing

  29. Is it safe to do these exercises everyday?

  30. Except the demonstrations you’re showing on this channel are incorrect. They are done incorrect.

  31. I don't do kettlebell training everyday. Especially if I'm doing EMOMs, AMSAPs and interval training. I need time to recover so I do a moderate 10k to 15k rowing sessions on the off days. Plus other activities for variety.

  32. The whole video complettely fails to mention why you should do it DAILY.
