What is Reiki healing and how does Reiki work? In this short video we'll try to answer and address both of these questions.
Reiki is based on the idea that health comes from ‘ki' and the flow of ‘ki' can be responsible for a great number of illnessness so by pouring positive and re-affirming thoughts and Reiki techniques into your life you can improve your overall ki.
Reiki can be learned by pretty much anyone for self healing purposes and no credentials are required. Typically all that it takes is about 10 hours of Reiki training from a attuned Reiki master.
Although Reiki is a form a spiritual healing it doesn't incorporate any one particular religion and it can be used by anybody whether you believe in it or not.

This video is deceiving. ONLY a certified Reiki Master can give you training needed to be a Reiki Practitioner. There are certain attunements you have to receive that you can only receive from a Reiki Master!

Soooooo basically Reiki is the practice of positive thoughts and attitude masked as something more complicated than it is. You don't need a master for that, just the motivation – which honestly is the hardest part sometimes, especially in a depressed state of mind.

So stupid to think you have to learn it from another person. Otherwise who taught the first person that practiced it and started it all? If it’s the light of the universe couldn’t that wisdom of the universe bloom from within? So really it would be something that you develop from your own universal spirit and any teacher only points you in the right direction.

So how do you work with a system called Reiki and it’s
Energy?
Always test for Liars and Cheats, always test never just

About 100 years ago it is claimed that a Buddhurst Monk sat
in meditation and received Reiki.
The believers accept that and do not want to go any further
and rely on Hypotheticals and Assumptions to further their claims that it is
all ‘Universal Life Force Energy’.
They ignore the statements made in the Christian Bible and
the Koran about Spiritual Gifts?
These Gifts are given by Holy Spirit at conception and as
the Buddhist’s claim and for the next 47 days that they can also be accepted or
rejected during the lifetime.
So along comes somebody who claims that you can connect to ‘Universal
Life Force Energy’ and that is what was supposed to have happened to a Japanese
Buddhurst Monk Mikao Usui.
But is that what really happened?
Could it have been that his Spiritual Gift of Healing was
what was activated later in life. That we will never know? But many will claim
it and call it Reiki and described as ‘Universal Life Force Energy’.
There is another suggestion to ‘What is Reiki’ and it
resolves around the physical and being able to raise the vibrations of the
Energy Centres (Chakras) within the physical body. These Chakras are all
connected to all of our living systems and by raising their vibrations above
what they have been assists in the healing aspects of the person.
So what is this other definition of the system of Reiki?
‘Working with the Frequencies of Energy and Vibration’.
But the question then is how. By the use of Affirmations, Words/
Symbols/ Numbers written as sentences and applied to Chakras and retained.
By going down this path we are able to develop an exercise
that display their effects, is that what real researchers do, provide proof.
An exercise; Hold an object in 1 hand and with the
other hand over the object write your name then hold the hands together, what
may you feel. Is it universal Life Force Energy or something else?
It is your 1st Aid Kit connecting to your living
systems and removing dis-ease so that you physical can self heal.
No Hypotheticals or Assumptions but a physical awareness.
So now we have some idea as to how to work with Affirmations.
By holding the object in your hands the small chakras in the hands connect to
your living systems and start to remove dis-ease.
So what if Affirmations are applied to the main Chakras and
then retained is that Reiki. Unfortunately after 100 years and with so many that
have the misgiven beliefs about Reiki then how to change something and except a
different reality.
How to Test the retention; If we have so many not able
to change the ways that people have in their beliefs but when somebody puts
their hands either in person or at a distant over the Crown they may, as it was
with me, do you want the good News or the Bad, my choice was the bad 1st,
what was detected was a movement down into the body, no Reiki. The good news is
that it can be repaired and a sense of Heat/ Warmth/ Cold and not being able to
enter the Crown then the Affirmations used have been retained. Always test.
Reiki is simple but it is not spiritual, you may have
Spiritual Gifts and they will be enhanced by any increase in the vibrations of
the Chakras but unless those vibrations are retained then they will fade back
to what they originally were. The choice is yours so use it wisely.
