if you're skeptical i'd ask you now are your beliefs really based on your experiences or are they just based on something somebody else said or something you learned in school jeffrey calm down yeah hi my name is jeffrey allen and this is rapid fire with mindvalley [Applause] i started teaching energy healing because i saw the amazing results people were getting honestly i never wanted to be a teacher i just wanted to help people but the more people that i helped and the more results that i saw in the real world the more i wanted to share that gift and spread it to others because i believe that's what we're really here to do is help the people around us [Applause] the biggest misconception people have around energy healing is that it's going to fix all the problems in your life you don't have to take any action except energy it's like it's this magic pill or some magic words waving your hands that will make everything happen without taking any action but that's not actually true energy work is more like throwing yourself a ball and creating the opportunity but you still have to catch that ball and take action in the real world if you put these two together energy work to throw the ball and then action to follow up you're gonna see amazing results in your life [Applause] if you're skeptical about energy healing i understand in fact i believe that your beliefs should be based on your personal experiences if you hear a story or read a book or hear me tell you my stories it's just a story to you but if you have an experience that that's what can change your beliefs but i would say that if you're skeptical i'd ask you now are your beliefs really based on your experiences are they just based on something somebody else said or something you learned in school if you dive in and open up i can give you some new experiences that will help you change those beliefs that you think are so true for you [Applause] so energy healing techniques are fantastic for releasing energy from your past and for aligning you in present time sometimes if you're having a hard time stepping forward and you don't know what the reason is there's just a little something a little energy from your past that's in the way of you seeing things clearly or in the way of you stepping forward with that confidence that you want to have and you can very easily with a little practice go in and move that energy find it in your body pull it out and it's just amazing it's like the suddenly that confidence is there you know which way to go it's the it's like those little blocks from the past are those things that allow us to move most quickly and step in in a kind of surprisingly new way yeah i really believe that energy healing is becoming mainstream so now it may seem a little bit new and a little bit unusual and strange to some people but i really believe that and not too long in the future it's going to be something that we do just naturally just like you go and work out at the gym or you eat healthy food energy healing is going to become something that we do automatically and is integrated into our daily lives in fact we may even stop calling it energy healing that may just be living our lives [Music]

Skepticism is defined by accepting that nothing can be proven completely true. My beliefs are based on evidence. Why would personal experience show that energy healing objectively works?
I did an energy exercise with you some years ago, and it was a life saver for me. Working with the ball of light, it was like the crippling pain in my solar plexus that disabled me at times,

Energy healing (reiki) has been debunked. It's not real. It's ineffective.

Who trained you? If it wasn't Mietek Wirkus, from Poland, you have missed out on the best energy healer on the planet. The man must be a saint.
