    Consistency is key, folks. I'm doing this, along with Surya Namaskar (yoga), simple weightlifting and skipping. Please make sure to stop and do breathing exercises.

  17. First time here. Had to add some weighted upper body exercises because you burned out my legs 😅

  18. Not even a single drop of sweat came from my body. If you are an intermediate, you will find this workout easy, but if you are a beginner, I suggest doing these workouts. Remember, always start slow.

    🌸day 1: i felt pumped to do this workout, it made me sweat alot but it was simple

    🌸day 2: my legs were sore so i did some of the workouts wrong, i still sweat

    🌸day 3: still a bit sore so i didnt do some workouts right, sweat a bit today. i think im getting used to this!! (mentally)

    🌸day 4: it was easier to do, i wasnt sore any longer. i think my body has gotten used to this now! (physically)—i still sweat hehe

    🌸day 5: honestly didnt feel like doing it today because im on my menstrual cycle but i pushed through. i did a LOT better than ive been doing before, i feel really flexible. i did sweat. i also have noticed my belly fat has been going down

    update: i did see my belly fat going down but i have been doing other workouts and not this video. before this was the only workout i did and i definitely did lose weight, it really helps for cardio.
