1860 intermittent fasting is one of my favorite strategies to put people into a calorie deficit without necessarily counting calories and you have to be in a calorie deficit to lose some weight so here's how it works you're going to fast for 18 hours and then take in all your calories within a six hour eating window I recommend you eat two meals within those six hours spread them out and then right in the middle have a protein bar or protein shake just to make sure you're taking an inadequate amount of protein when you're losing weight you want to eat a good amount of protein so you maintain your muscle mass now doing your 18 hour fast make sure you stay properly hydrated drink half your weight in ounces of water or any no calorie liquids during the 18 hours give this a try if you want to get into a calorie deficit and lose some weight

I started with 18/6 then moved to 20/4 for a few days but I’m just too hungry .. going back to 18/6 and will try again a few days a week. I’ve lost inches in the last 2 weeks with most of it 18/6 and 3 days 20/4. I definitely see a difference in my body.

Would also recommend for people who binge, dont eat everything you want in that 6 hours(i know when i was bad i could easily eat 3000 in 6 hours) restrict it to a SINGLE big meal you slowly eat over atleast 20 mins while also drinking plently of water during(slow eatting lets your brain know when its full sooner) Swap out high caloire ingedants for low caloire ones and have a good ammount of protein with it(it prolongs the feeling of fullness as well as helping with muscle) Eat it also within 2-3 hours before you go to bed so you wont get cravings before sleeping.

I do the 18:6 fast but I only drink one cup of jet black coffee in the morning. Then I eat 3-4 meals in that 6 hour winds and drink my water in that time frame. Also I’m in a 1500 calorie deficit
