    Day 1: Did half of the workout. It’s my third day of my period, but I
    showed up.

    Day 2: Almost completed the whole workout! It’s getting easier, and I’m happy.

    Day 3: Already so exhausted, but I still managed 76% of the workout.

    Day 4: Pushed through with 50% today.

    Day 5: Skipped today coz I’m too busy with exams and completely drained.

  11. Great workout! Thank you for sharing. On Day 1, I had to take a quick break then continue. The burpees were a bit challeging for me. Plan to continue for more days and hopefully I do the burpees better.

    Day 1: i could only do till 53% . Ugh i am a loser.
    Day 2: i could only do till 66% due to my exams coming close
