Physical pain feels better than the mental pain I’ve been carrying. At least it doesn’t leave invisible scars. So, here I am starting my weight loss journey.
Day 1: Did half of the workout. It’s my third day of my period, but I
showed up.
Day 2: Almost completed the whole workout! It’s getting easier, and I’m happy.
Day 3: Already so exhausted, but I still managed 76% of the workout.
Day 4: Pushed through with 50% today.
Day 5: Skipped today coz I’m too busy with exams and completely drained.
11.50 this is my limit for now

Great workout! Thank you for sharing. On Day 1, I had to take a quick break then continue. The burpees were a bit challeging for me. Plan to continue for more days and hopefully I do the burpees better.
