are you worried about bone density well if so I'm going to show you three exercises to help prevent osteoporosis for seniors number one is the Cal Rock So standing up and getting a little fingertips on a chair for support lift your toes towards your nose and then push the balls of your feet into the ground go back and forth like this for one to two minutes if this is too easy for you transfer your weight to one leg and do the same exact thing lift your toes to your nose go up on the ball of the feet and that's going to really strengthen the bones of those legs next do the step Jack so start with your feet together Arms by your sides step your body out bend your knees bring your arms overhead and then come together on the other side start slow at first and then over time do it a little bit faster and if you want to give your bones even more of a signal you can do a little bit of a stomp on each repetition which is going to give those bones a signal to get a lot denser and a lot stronger last is high chair plank marching so come into a plank position using the back of a sturdy chair squeeze the glutes in the core Press Your Hands in that chair so you get the bone density in your upper body too and then slowly transfer your weight to one foot and March back and forth just like this
