Dr gundry hw about the nutritional drink (Kate farms) it has many oils in it. Is it ok if the oils is not cooked but its ingredients in myndisabled sons drinks.
I limit tomatoes and bell peppers as much as possible, and when I do eat them, I eat them in small quantities.
You can use tomatoes just take the skin of and seeds out 👌👍

I dont think coconut oil should be in the mix the likes of seed oils. Coconut oil is extremely high in saturated fats and is basically unprocessed.
It doesnt differ a whole lot from tallow and similar fats.
Vegetables, avoid fiber if you don’t want to die of the inflammation that will eventually cause cancer in your digestive track or give you heart failure. Eat ruminant meat, salt, water.
What about stevia?
I wish I could remember which video of Dr. Gundry’s it was that I saw recently, but he advocated using “a good grade or quality of canola oil”. Now, I’m wondering…🤔? Hmmmm…?
my grandma is 95, Italian roots, and tomatoes are a staple for her dishes, and bell peppers and tomatoes for her salads. Shi, she was even drinking her whiskey out of a leaded decanter until last year.. and still drinks! I think its important not to be so reductionist in trying to explain the effects of somethings.
