and everybody is sick something's going on around here and here are five quick things we can do to boost your immune system during this time vitamin D3 most of us are vitamin D3 deficient you can get it from dairy products but you can also take it in supplement form and did you know when your vitamin D is low not only do you have a higher risk of developing infections but autoimmune disease vitamin C that you can get from citrus fruits it also helps those white blood cells that fight off infection work better zinc that you can get from shellfish you can get it from nuts seeds almonds cashews they are really great at healing the gut but it also has immunomodulating abilities and turmeric one of my favorite spices you can get it in Indian food you can get it in teas it's very great at lowering overall inflammation but also boosting immunity as well as omega-3 fish oil and as a vegetarian option krill oil so let us all stay safe right now cuz man it's a lot going around

Next best is to get it from food.
If you take a D3 supplement be sure to take the correct proportion of K2 with it so it can take the calcium out of your blood and put it in your bones and teeth where it belongs. The m7 version of k2 is more bioavailable. (20,000 IUs of Live Consciousness D3/k2 helped stop my son’s night sweats!)
