  5. Canola Oil couldn’t be worse for you and carbs/sugar feed cancer. Do not trust this video at all.

  6. Still pushing whole grains and demonizing red meat. What a Sham. Grains are terrible for you.. This piece should be taken down.

  8. I'm gratefull of my mom and dad they always cook and make me eat healthy food and cut junk food to none

  9. Wow.
No. Eating a diet like described here is horrible for stopping cancer. It will feed cancer. CARBOHYDRATES feed cancer. Sugar is required by cancer to grow.
Red meat is perfectly fine. There is no reason to cut red meat out of your diet. Red meat is very healthy. It has everything a human body needs. I have been on the Carnivore diet for over 5 years. Cured my type 2 diabetes, reversed my cancer, cured my kidney stones, and much more. Eating plants was what caused those thing to begin with.
Beef, chicken, pork, eggs, butter, fish, heavy cream. That sums up my diet.

Cancer must use fermentation to get energy. Sugar must be used to do this. Whats so complicated about this? Its easy to understand. Deny it what it needs, IT GOES AWAY.

  10. canola oil as a healthy fat? what a joke

  11. A few bad tips here for sure.

  12. How can we eat healthily anymore when our fruit, vegetables and grains etc are fast grown, as modern agricultural processes mean we are lacking many nutrients that our ancestors enjoyed. Harvesting methods are following new methods which sadly are disruptive in a way that we are not getting the amount of nutrients from the soil as many years before. We may increase crop yield but intervene with soil health, therefore, our health will not be as protected from chronic diseases as earlier years. Unfortunately, its a vicious circle because this also effects farm animals such as cows, pigs, lambs, goats etc that feed off of less nutritious grass and grains. Therefore, the meat we eat is also not eaten with the higher standards as were so by our parents and grandparents. Sadly, our immune system and our health will suffer from nutrient deficiency.
