  2. None of those diets are exactly meeting the recommendations given.

  3. What is your problem ? This list seems pretty valid

  4. Same old bulls**t since 1961, when Ancel Keys bullied his way with his flawed research. Obesity and diabetes have been skyrocketing since then. The AHA's advice does not work. And yes, the food industry lobbies are a big part of the problem. They are more concerned with their revenues than with the health of the American people.

  5. Who paid for this? Who still listens to these associations?
