Having been on this thru my physician….this list isWRONG!!!! EXAMPLE…tomatoes are a nightshade….you MUST alleviate them….ALSO….no grains and NO SEEDS!

Stay away from Nightshades: tomatoes, potatoes, all peppers, paprika, eggplant…. Potato flour is in so many things! And paprika is as well.

Almonds are listed here great, but remember to grow one (1) almond nut needs one gallon of water, think about that for a moment, almonds are grown in Calafornia a state critically short of water where farmers have first priority on water, above the citizens who need the water to drink.

I totally disagree with this list. You have fruit that has high sugar, which feeds inflammation. You have wheat which feeds inflammation. You have all kinds of stuff that feeds inflammation. You have not done your homework and your advising people without the knowledge

Tomato’s are MASSIVELY inflammatory!!!
No one has the same genetic makeup. No one reacts to foods in the same way. What may be anti-inflammatory to some may cause inflammation in others. I know people who react negatively to some items on the list in the video… tomatoes, shrimp, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese.

Animal products are ALL anyone needs to prevent inflammation. I've been eating carnivore for 5 years and loving every bit of the results. 76 years old next month.

The foods that have the least inflammatory compounds to anti inflammatory compounds ratios are a very slim group.
The list is also vague in edition to being inaccurate.
Sardines are Herring but what makes one fish more healthy over another is diet/environmental exposure multiplied by its age/time spent in environment. Young/short lived fish tend to be healthier choice then older/long lived fish.
Tofu shouldn't be on the list unless its non gmo, whole wheat bread, nuts, dairy, tomatoes, oatmeal unless its non gmo gluten free. GMO oats are heavily sprayed.
