1 Minute – Papaya smoothie for weight loss, Lose 5 kg, Improved Digestion and Gut Health



This super healthy banana papaya smoothie is not just good for digestion and overall gut health, it is also very delicious, boosts the immune system, and keeps them healthy and fighting against seasonal illnesses such as cold and flu. Papaya is really a superfood.

papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which is good for digestion. papaya is rich in antioxidants and is a fibrous fruit that helps in burning fat/losing weight and in detoxification.

Ingredients

papaya, chopped- 2 cups
Banana, peeled & sliced – 1water- 1/2 to 1 cup
Non-fat Greek plain yogurt – 2 tbsp (for creaminess)
Raw honey – 1 tbsp, or sweetener of choice

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

  12. But an fyi eating papaya everyday on a fasting, can heal you from things such as herpes. Papaya attacks the parasites and kills them which is what herpes is. Along with cutting out a lot of foods and fasting for at least 40 days. Anything is curable with natural fruits and veggies. Thank me later. 😘
