Welcome to day 9 of the 21-day Kettlebell Shred
Challenge and here we have a full body strength and conditioning workout with abs and core at
the end with this workout we are again making progress so we are doing supersets with your
strength training today so it's the first time we've done it in this challenge if you don't know
what supersets are it's when we use a heavyweight and a lightweight on the same exercise so for
example we could be doing squats we do squats with the heavy weight for 30 seconds then
we'll have 15 seconds rest and then we'll do squats again for 30 seconds with the lighter
weight and then 15 seconds rest so it's a great way to overload the muscle and you know how I
work now guys I make the workouts really easy for you to follow with all the demonstrations
and stuff in between so you will need to have if you can two sets of weights or two sets of
kettlebells for this workout if you don't you can use some body weight exercises or you can
just use the same weight all the way through but it's ideal if you do have two sets of weights
but just before we jump in with the first round we will do a warm and and cool down with this
