30-Minute Walking Workout | Tanner Courtad



Get your steps in with this fun and functional cardio workout. It's all low-impact, so if you can walk in place, you can do every move in this class! Led by “Bachelorette” alum and Future Self founder Tanner Courtad, you'll make your way through steps that will get your heart rate up as you walk to the beat.

These moves may seem easy, but you'll get a good calorie burn and hit over 4,000 steps once you're done!

  4. wasn't expacting to sweat as much I thought but oh my god. if you are committed to his and do every exercise and the same pace as the poeple in the video, It will for sure break a sweat or two

  17. Great Video!! but the video is 30:01 and the intro is like 15sec and the outro is like 5-10sec, How is the counter 30mins?? just curious.

  18. i have Parkinson’s disease and have been working for the perfect workout. In addition to medication, we must do physical exercise in order to keep the symptoms of the disease in check. I have now done this out a handful of times and it is just perfect. Thank you for bringing this to us. I will share this with all of my friends and family.
